Our synthetic ice panels are the key to success of our Smartice skating rinks. Our ice tiles make up the surface of the rink, with a standard size of 2 metres by 1 metre. A size that makes the installations 100% customizable and adaptable to fit your space.
The assembly, with a tongue and groove connection system, allows for a strong and invisible system offering skaters an unmatchable skating experience.
Furthermore, the Smartice ice sheets are self-lubricating which means no external or additional lubrication is required.

The ice rink boards are designed strategically to offer a boarding system which is both sturdy and quick and easy to install.
Each ice rink always includes a gated board to allow skaters access to the rink, four curve boards located in each corner of the rink, and the rest of the system is completed with straight boards adapted to the specific size of the skating rink.

On top of that, Smartice skates are easy to put on and take off, thanks to a system of buckles, and the blade is specially treated to be used on synthetic ice and reduce as much as possible the frequency of sharpening required.
Our ice rink packs come with a standard number of skates, calculated according to the dimensions of the rink, with a variety of sizes from 25 up to 47 (EU size) or 8,5 up to 14 (US size).

Moreover, our skate sharpener is specially designed to sharpen any type of blade, including those of professional ice skates or figure skates. Your clients who bring their own skates, regardless of what kind they are, can still have them sharpened.

The skate shelves provided by Smartice are uniquely designed to hold the ice skates included in each pack. This will allow you to keep your facility organized and expedite the process of giving out and returning the skates.

Each time someone purchases a Smartice synthetic ice rink they receive our installation kit with their order. The installation kit is a set of tools needed for ice rink installation.
The installation of Smartice rinks is very fast and simple. Our smallest pack can be installed in a mere hour with the help of two people and to do the job, all they will need is the installation kit.
All of our pack are projects with completely DIY installation. Nevertheless, you can always count on the assistance of our specialized team, available to guide you through the installation process.
Each one of our ice rink packs come with, at least one roll of rubber flooring. This surface is meant to be installed in the skate changing area, to facilitate the changing of footwear and so the skate blades are not harmed.
With the rubber floor, your clients will be able to put on their skates and directly access the rink without ever having to step on different surfaces with could damage the skate blades and therefore affect their performance.
